Suitability Map for Evacuation Sites in the Bay Area

Earthquake preparation in the Bay Area, California is one of my current interests. Since the state is highly vulnerable to natural disasters like earthquakes, two of my friends and I have decided to set MTC (Metropolitan Transportation Committee, the regional planning agency in the nine counties of California) as the mock client and developed a suitability examination for long term evacuation sites. All three of us were equally involved in the process, from design framing the research process to utilizing ArcGIS to create the suitability map.
